Join Our growing Team in Germany! Account Manager (German and English Speaking) Wanted Location: Frankfurt | Hybrid / Remote Options Available About the Role As an Account Manager, you will be the primary operational point of contact for our corporate clients and relocation management companies. You’ll ensure seamless delivery of our relocation and destination services, making a meaningful impact on our clients’ global mobility programs. What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts at existing and new clients
  • Serve as the first point of contact, handling service initiations and collaborating with local offices
  • Act as a subject matter expert on relocation programs and processes
  • Keep corporate account profiles updated and accessible for managed relationships
  • Train relocation managers to ensure consistent service delivery across all offices
  • Respond to ad-hoc inquiries and collaborate with colleagues and managed accounts
  • Oversee reporting requests and invoicing processes
  • Resolve client issues in line with escalation procedures
  • Monitor account quality scores and establish best practices in collaboration with stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience : At least 1 year in relocation and destination services
  • Skills : Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
  • Attributes : A proactive approach, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently
  • Adaptability : Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks
  • Leadership : Strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate others
  • Languages: Fluency in both English and German
