Senior Saviynt Consultant / IGA Consultant (m/f/d) - Remote

We are hiring a Senior Saviynt Consultant / IGA Specialist (m/f/d) for our locations in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain , with remote work options available. Join us to drive IGA solutions and support our clients across Europe. Your Responsibilities

1. Deploy and configure Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions , ensuring they align with customer requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
2. Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions , addressing complex integration challenges and enhancing strategies through in-depth competitive analysis of IAM solutions.
3. Oversee the entire Saviynt implementation lifecycle , including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation, following best practices and methodologies.
4. Engage with customers to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide regular updates , ensuring clear translation of needs into technical solutions.
5. Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex issues ; customize Saviynt integrations with third-party applications using Java, SQL, REST APIs, and collaborate with product engineering and operations teams for effective resolutions.
6. Lead technical discussions, proof-of-concept activities , and guide junior team members , ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with client expectations.
7. Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, conducting technical assessments, and providing competitive analysis to refine implementation strategies and address customer needs.

Your Skills and Requirements

1. Extensive IAM Experience : 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, configuring, and deploying Identity Management and Governance solutions, with at least 4+ years focused on Saviynt.
2. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Cloud Security, Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories (LDAP), and Unix/Linux environments, with experience in scripting (Unix Shell/Perl) and automating batch jobs.
3. Domain Knowledge: Expertise in IGA, including User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
4. Customer & Communication Skills : Proven ability to engage directly with customers for requirement gathering and expectation management, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver technical presentations and documentation.
5. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Saviynt and other IAM technologies that demonstrate advanced proficiency and deep expertise in the field.
6. PMP or CISSP certifications , with additional exposure to broader security domains as a plus.
