Operations Manager

Ringway Infrastructure Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage the operational division within Worcestershire, ensuring the successful delivery of services aligned with business objectives. This role is critical in achieving budgetary goals, fostering a culture of safety and quality, and enhancing client and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational division, delivering projects in line with budgetary targets and the RHS business plan.
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards.
• Develop and manage team performance, fostering staff morale, and planning for succession.
• Monitor client satisfaction and use feedback to improve service delivery through the EFQM model.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to set and achieve future business plan targets.
• Maintain financial performance, including delivering timely reporting and meeting DSO and WIP targets.
• Ensure compliance with IMS standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 44001.

• Achievement of financial goals, including profitability and timely financial reporting.
• Strong safety performance aligned with company and statutory objectives.
• High client satisfaction, supported by effective monitoring and feedback.
• Low staff turnover, completion of appraisals, and implementation of training plans.
