- LeadHigh-Profile Projects: Take charge of impactful contracts like theScottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) framework and StrathclydeUniversity infrastructure projects, delivering transformative civilengineering and maintenance work.
- Oversee AllAspects of Project Success: Manage operational tasks, commercialplanning (budgeting and financial tracking), and clientrelationships, ensuring smooth execution and alignment of allproject elements.
- Plan with Precision: Scopeand plan works with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and budgetadherence, delivering excellence in tasks like transformer fencing,waterproofing, and campus infrastructureimprovements.
- Build Client Confidence: Developand maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients likeScottish Power, showcasing your proactive and hands-on approach toexceed theirexpectations.
- Provenbackground in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management,Construction, or Utilities, with a strong understanding of projectworkflows in one or more of thesesectors.
- Commercial expertise – budgeting,financial tracking, and cost controlexperience.
- Strong communication skills and aclient-focused approach.
- Ideally, you holdformal qualifications such as an HNC, HND, or Degree in QuantitySurveying, Civil Engineering, or Project Management, or possessequivalentexperience.
