Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Director DACH to join their innovative team, dedicated to empowering major service providers in this rapidly expanding market. About the Company: Our client specializes in an end-to-end software platform that delivers comprehensive digital services for the EV sector. With operations in over 30 countries across the US, Europe, and Asia, they are positioned to handle hundreds of millions of charging events and manage tens of thousands of public chargers. Their esteemed clientele includes industry giants such as EVgo, Shell, and Volvo Group, solidifying their reputation as a leader in the field. Key Responsibilities for the Sales Manager:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Create and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent business development.
- Achieve ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive effective go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to bolster brand presence.
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Fully remote position
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the SaaS, EV, energy, or telecom sectors.
- A strong technical background with a proven track record in high-value sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to forge and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sharp analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
