We are a fast-growing short-term rental (STR) company specializing in premium serviced apartments in Central London. Our mission is to provide exceptional guest experiences while optimizing property performance. We’re seeking a talented Operations Manager to take the lead in managing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and scaling our portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Property Management: Oversee the operations of our serviced apartment portfolio, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction. • Landlord Relations: Source new properties and build strong relationships with landlords and property partners. • Guest Experience: Handle guest communications, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain top-tier review scores. • Operational Efficiency: Manage cleaning schedules, maintenance teams, and inventory to ensure flawless apartment readiness. • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows and technology. • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with contractors, cleaners, and service providers. Qualifications: • Proven experience in Short term rental property management, serviced apartments, or hospitality operations. • Strong knowledge of STR platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and property management software like Hostaway and Guesty. • Excellent communication and the ability negotiate • Ability to manage relationships with landlords, guests, and service providers. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
