Key Responsibilities Content Moderation : Review, filter, and manage app content in Norwegian. Content Removal : Identify and block inappropriate content, including: Criminal activities Hate speech and cyberbullying Terrorism-related content Violent acts (eg, torture, violence against animals) Information Analysis : Analyze, order, and prioritize flagged content. Ethical Compliance : Ensure all content aligns with legal and ethical guidelines. Working Hours Schedule : 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break). Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday. Operational hours: 24/7 (midnight to midnight). Ideal Candidate Profile Native-level fluency in Finnish.
