The Role This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established law firm known for providing specialised, high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals. With ongoing growth in the firm’s Credit Hire department, they are looking to appoint a skilled Paralegal to conduct investigations on complex credit hire claims. In this role, you’ll handle a caseload of pre-litigated credit hire files under the guidance of a Technical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a credit hire caseload. Candidate Profile:
- Experience handling Credit Hire cases with the ability to manage your own caseload
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree/LPC is preferred
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage a varied caseload
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong legal acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Competitive salary, up to £26,000 depending on experience
