Position Overview We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You will play a crucial role in running fun and engaging classes, providing excellent customer service to families, and ensuring a positive experience for both new and existing members. We are looking for a gym all-rounder! Someone who can run great classes and work in sales/reception. The Role You’ll play a key role in our operations, combining coaching, customer engagement, and team support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching Classes: Leading engaging, age-appropriate fitness sessions for kids that are fun, energetic, and skill-building.
• Sales and Customer Service: Assisting families with membership inquiries, signing up new members, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
• Operations Support: Helping maintain the cleanliness and safety of the gym, setting up for classes, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Flexible Availability: Being open to working weekends and occasional evenings to support our programming and events.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic about promoting health and fitness for children.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Help members overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop new skills.
• Utilize a variety of coaching techniques and tools to provide an energetic and engaging class.
• Ability to work with or learn a CRM system.
• Experience in sales or coaching is preferred.
• Bonus: Experience in gymnastics, dance, martial arts, or another movement-based discipline.
