What You’ll Do

As a key leader in our team, you will:

1. Define the product strategy and roadmap for our pricing and rebate solutions.
2. Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
3. Be the go-to expert on market trends, technology, and competition, championing our products both internally and externally.
4. Collaborate with Research & Delivery teams to deliver market-leading, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
5. Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and collateral to support sales and marketing goals globally.
6. Act as a thought leader, supporting pre-sales, delivering impactful product demos, and representing Flintfox at industry events and trade shows.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

1. 7+ years of senior product management experience, preferably with enterprise B2B software.
2. Experience with pricing and rebate solutions (a big plus!).
3. A deep understanding of the software sales cycle and solution selling processes.
4. Proven ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver.
5. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.
