Deputy Director Infrastructure Works Coordination Canberra ACT The key duties of the position include: The Role You and your team will be responsible for deliverables including:
- Key interface for Defence Fuel Network Projects.
- Supporting the strategic operations and configuration of the Defence Fuel Network (DFN) infrastructure, and overseeing management of the DFN status and proposed changes.
- Liaison with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with and forward planning against Defence and other business requirements (including IT system developments, legislative and policy changes).
- Fuel supply;
- Strategic asset management;
- Engineering services;
- Key strategic projects outlined in the National Defence Strategy;
- Fuel and fuel infrastructure specifications standards;
- Product procurement;
- Support the transition of military capabilities to renewable energies;
- Fuel capability;
- The DFSC and the Defence Fuel Network (DFN).
- An exceptional stakeholder relationship manager;
- Highly organised, and able to critically assess, prioritise and manage competing tasks and priorities through to successful completion of the required deliverables;
- A professional leader and manager;
- Able to achieve individual and lead team achievement of deadlines;
- Proactively committed to applying individual and team on and off the job learnings to this role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Word and MS Excel.
