The Role We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Chemicals & Agricultural site in Welshpool, Perth WA. As the Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide a broad range of customer service and administrative tasks across the site, focusing on the Receivals & Dispatch process, to enable the best possible customer experience and enable Operations to provide a first-class service.
- Ensure tasks are completed in the safest and most efficient manner in line with agreed standards in operational procedures, national strategy and in a manner always assuring regulatory and legislative compliance.
- Enter orders into PWMS following customer specific procedures.
- Respond to customer emails where appropriate and follow up on queries.
- Respond to warehouse/transport emails.
- Experience in logistics & warehousing.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective time management and self-discipline.
- Sound knowledge of DG and non-DG freight handling, products, and legislation, highly advantageous.
- Operational warehouse experience, knowledge, and ability.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel, highly advantageous.
