Duties & Responsibilities: Training and managing the Support Team. Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently. Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions both via email and telephone. Phone calls are often outside of standard working hours. Educating yourself in the field and staying updated on developments in the field. Managing relationships with 3rd party companies e.g. logistics Attending overseas conferences. Working with other department heads to achieve company initiatives. Helping within any other area of the business when required. Qualifications and Skills A proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry. It is essential that you have the ability to be resourceful, resilient and organised. This role is for A players ONLY. No exceptions.
