We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Knowledge Base Manager to oversee the development, organisation, and maintenance of our knowledge resources. This role is crucial in ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is readily available to our team and the community we serve. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Knowledge Management Strategies: Create and execute effective strategies to capture, organise, and disseminate information across the organisation.
- Maintain and Update Knowledge Base: Ensure all content is current, accurate, and easily accessible to both staff and service users.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various departments to gather essential information and ensure consistency across all knowledge resources.
- Enhance User Experience: Continuously improve the usability and accessibility of the knowledge base to meet the evolving needs of our users.
- Monitor and Analyse Usage Metrics: Track engagement with knowledge resources to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
- Experience: Proven experience in knowledge management, writing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with knowledge base platforms and content management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
