Team Leader - Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist

- Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in their team
- Support team members to achieve their clinical utilisation
- Assist management with recruiting new clinicians who embody the organisation’s values
- Facilitate and continually review our new staff induction program to maximise its effectiveness
- Foster and maintain the positive team culture
- Conduct regular reviews of each team member’s performance
- Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all documentation
- Manage site issues related to workplace health and safety, space allocations, and resources
- Seek and capture feedback from clients
- PD opportunities (in-house) - 3 x weekly education sessions + online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programs + access up to $10,000/year per employee for attending PD events through the NSW Rural Doctors Network
- Supervision – paired with a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour 1:1 weekly supervision

- Demonstrated experience in positively leading other clinicians in the ongoing development of their clinical skills
- Considerable experience as a clinician providing therapy in a range of settings
- Enthusiasm to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Own vehicle and current full driver licence
- University qualified Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) OR full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
