• Conduct internal audits across regional entities, identifying risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and execute audit plans to assess the effectiveness of controls.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive audit reports.
• Communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders and monitor management's implementation of actions.
• Manage external parties for audits when necessary.
• Participate in internal control projects and special investigations with high confidentiality.
• Ensure effective remediation of control deficiencies.
• Frequent travel within the APAC region required.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of experience in internal or external audits, ideally with exposure to the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• A solid understanding of accounting, auditing standards, and relevant systems, with professional certifications considered a plus.
• High integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on identifying areas for operational improvement.
• A willingness to travel as needed within the region.
