It stands out as a sanctuary of luxury and comfort in the Land of the Hornbill. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at UCSI Hotel Kuching. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets set by the management. Qualifications
- Sales Operations Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and prepare sales reports
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
