The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities :- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure accuracy of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure guests' needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow all health and safety standards, including food handling procedures.
- Stay energetic, positive, and approachable throughout your shift.
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Energetic, personable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
