  • HR Management: Lead and oversee all aspects of human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Drive the recruitment process and coordinate onboarding sessions to welcome new team members.
  • Foreign Worker Management: Handle immigration-related matters, work permit renewals, and hostel management for international employees.
  • Payroll and Administration: Verify monthly overtime and staff movement to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • Policy Development: Create and review HR policies and procedures to support the company's growth and employee needs.
  • Employee Relations: Manage industrial relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and counseling, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Lead the utilization of the Human Resources Development Contribution fund to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 audit standards and OSHA regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a track record of success in various HR functions.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams, with a passion for nurturing talent.
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and pay attention to details.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities, with a talent for building positive relationships.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Location: Willingness to work in Kota Kemuning, Selangor.
Working Hour:
  • Monday – Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) and alternate Saturday (8.30am to 2.30pm)
