Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science are welcome to apply.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proven experience in system consulting, system design, and requirements analysis.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and system flows.
- Must possess own transportation.
- Willing to travel outstation if required.
- Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Engage with clients to gather and document detailed system requirements.
- Ensure all requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze system requirements with the project team.
- Create flowcharts and diagrams to represent system processes.
- Present system design to clients and provide feedback to Tier 3 support.
- Prepare system documentation, including system requirement specifications and system design.
- Prepare test scenarios and test scripts for UAT.
- Conduct beta testing and UAT with clients.
- Conduct system training for end users.
