As an HR Generalist/Specialist in the company, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's human resources functions. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position involves overseeing a range of HR responsibilities to support the growth and development of our dynamic organisation. What you'll be doing
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
- Manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonuses, leaves, and time attendance;
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes;
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications;
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies;
- Provide administrative support for HR executives.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or a relevant field;
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Human Resource related, Administrative work);
- Required Skill(s): Computer literacy, experience with MS Office applications, knowledge of Labor Legislation;
- Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Candidate will act as a General HR for this job position;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Proficient in English, and able to speak in Mandarin would be an advantage (to deal with Mandarin speaking Management/client).
