Partner with the best The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term opportunities by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence for the supply of production chemicals and provision of production chemistry services. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. As the Service Delivery Coordinator – Upstream Chemical, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary contact for the client for job preparation, execution, and close-out reporting.
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
- Coordinating and monitoring all activities in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries.
- Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support.
- Planning mid-range operation activity volume & complexity forecast to align the correct resources for Service Delivery flawless execution & on-time delivery.
- Overseeing ongoing operations and providing direct support to the field personnel on location.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or science.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience working in upstream chemical.
- Have demonstrated expertise in upstream chemical operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Have demonstrated business acumen and ability to ensure product & service delivery to customers.
- Have demonstrated experience in desalting, overhead corrosion control, and fouling control.
- Have demonstrated excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers.
- Have shown ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously, including team management.
- Have a proven track record of growing a business and delivering profitable results (Experience and familiarity with Profit & Loss).
