Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  2. Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  3. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  4. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
  5. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution, attending to all disciplinary proceedings.
  6. Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
  7. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
  8. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  9. Maintain company organization charts.
  10. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  11. Maintain HR systems and processes.
  12. Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  13. Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
  14. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  15. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  16. Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  17. Advance human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  18. Supervise the Workers’ Hostel Team.
  19. Prepare all necessary reports related to the HR department.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years proven working experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the food industry.
  3. Good leadership, strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to work under tight schedules and deliver assignments promptly.
