Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution, attending to all disciplinary proceedings.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Advance human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Supervise the Workers’ Hostel Team.
- Prepare all necessary reports related to the HR department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years proven working experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the food industry.
- Good leadership, strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under tight schedules and deliver assignments promptly.
