Position: Data Operation Coordinator Industry: Fintech Working Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on performance) Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: Half-day (with OT pay) Working Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, 47800, Selangor (50% Ground Work + 50% WFO) Salary: Basic up to RM 3,300 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage + OT
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute data collection operations, following clear guidelines provided by the supervisor.
- Be prudent and detail-oriented for data and information collection. Ensure all forms for data collection are filled in correctly.
- Conduct ground research as required, which might involve traveling out of the office to gather data and insights from various locations.
- Share feedback and suggest improvements to existing operational guidelines.
- Adhere to company's confidentiality procedures and policies when collecting, storing, and sharing data.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder. Fresh graduates with a degree are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience.
- Driven and output-focused.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite products (e.g., Google Forms, Google Sheets) will be advantageous.
- Willingness to work for at least 0.5 days during weekends. OT pay will be provided accordingly.
- Required to travel around the Klang Valley. Transportation costs will be reimbursed.
