The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving the recruitment process, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring the company attracts the best candidates to meet our growing business needs. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from identifying staffing requirements to negotiating offers, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  2. Sourcing Talent: Utilize a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to source qualified candidates.
  3. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates are a strong cultural and technical fit.
  5. Job Offer Negotiation: Prepare and extend competitive job offers, negotiating salary, benefits, and start dates as necessary.
  6. Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally in all interactions, promoting our values and work culture to potential candidates.
  7. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to ensure continuous improvement of the hiring process.
  8. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  9. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity in hiring by ensuring diverse candidate slates and fair selection practices.
  10. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the sourcing process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
  2. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of positions, including senior-level and technical roles.
  3. A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  4. Deep knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  5. Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment.
  6. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  7. Proficiency with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms).
  8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  9. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies.
