• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of employee engagement, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluations and separation.

• Collaborate with departmental leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution of conflicts and grievances.
