Position Purpose: The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager is essential to elevating the luxury retail experience by crafting visually stunning displays that embody our brand’s aesthetic and values. This role focuses on designing and implementing innovative merchandising strategies that effectively showcase our products, captivate customers, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies following brands' guidelines to elevate in-store customer journey/experience, enhance brand image, and optimize sales conversion.
- Accountable for VM displays at the counter level, including reviewing and validating forecast planning and ordering of Point-of-Sale materials, Makeup Grids, and supporting local production of lightbox transparencies and regional tools.
- Understand practical needs of on-counter visual merchandising to maximize product exposure and optimize sales potential and develop regional product launch plans.
- Lead the installation and implementation of visual guidelines in all stores, collaborating with local market teams.
- Support and validate product launch animations and events, guiding local contractors to comply with guidelines and implement high-quality executions.
- Manage renovation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including construction, design, and operations.
- Co-lead new store openings, ensuring high-quality visual merchandising displays and compliance with brand standards.
- Ensure all visual merchandising efforts align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all stores.
- Travel frequently to support key project implementations, market visits, and store openings.
- Propose in-store improvements based on competition observations, and exhibit a hands-on, action-oriented mindset in operational tasks.
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant visual merchandising experience in the retail industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related design field.
- Interested in learning and applying marketing and visual merchandising strategies to drive brand growth.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experienced in Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRay rendering.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
