- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities
- Dial and conduct quality calls with sellers and homeowners throughout the day
- Manage and organize leads effectively, and maintain the CRM and the KPI dashboard
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain relationships with sellers
- Assist in real estate sales operations, including setting up appointments, confirming them, and following up
- Respond to all leads from the CRM
- Help analyze and negotiate deals to secure signed purchase agreements
- Oversee the acquisitions pipeline and coordinate with the team
- Utilize tech tools like Excel, ReSimpli (CRM), Propstream, Zillow, and other real estate platforms proficiently
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry
- Excellent English
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage leads efficiently and conduct effective follow-ups
- Construction knowledge is a plus
- Experience with lead management systems and CRM software
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
