Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Trainer Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Patch the Skill. The Freelance Trainer SRE will be responsible for delivering training sessions in Site Reliability Engineering, covering topics such as Observability & Chaos Engineering, Capacity Planning & Incident Management, Infrastructure Chaos Validation, Fault vulnerability Analysis, Performance metrics The role involves providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to learners in a virtual setting. Qualifications
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Network Training, and Cloud Training
- Knowledge of Data Engineering and Big Data/Hadoop
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms
- Skills in DevOps practices and tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles
- Experience in training or teaching roles is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
