Location: Remote from India Next Ventures are looking for multiple ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead and drive technical excellence in a leading Global HRSD implantation program of work. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of HRSD solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation of HRSD modules.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices in development and configuration.
Guide the team on complex system integrations and data flow designs.
Address technical challenges and support complex customizations.
Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in designing and implementing HRSD solutions.
Deep knowledge of HRSD modules, system integrations, and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively.
