JOB SUMMARY: Various positions are open ranging from project coordination; customer support; design; configuring hardware and software; product research, testing, and evaluation. Salary will commensurate based on educational attainment and working experience. Depending on the qualification, this job can be assigned to do field works and the like. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
  2. Assist in after-sales service through telephone support and actual project site servicing.
  3. Responsible for completing projects by organizing and controlling project elements. Projects will include but are not limited to, CCTV, Burglar Alarms, Intercom, and Access Control Systems.
  4. Confirm and validate project estimates – Bill of Materials, Design Diagrams, Scope of Work, Site Condition, etc. by conducting kick-off meetings and site surveys/inspections.
  5. Handle installation of various electronic security systems as may be assigned, including but not limited to CCTV, Intercom, and Fire Alarm.
  6. Carry out roughing-ins, conduit, cabling, installation, termination, testing, and commissioning.
  7. Conduct basic training for end-users regarding the operation of the security system installed.
  8. Execute product testing, research, and development.
  9. Using CAD systems to generate new drawings and modify existing designs.
  10. Interpret specifications.
  11. Accuracy and effectiveness in electronic drafting.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, Vocational diploma, or Short course certificate in Autocad Design.
  2. Working knowledge in CAD Operations (2D, 3D) is a plus.
  3. Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  4. Background in project management and coordinating with subcontractors is an advantage.
  5. Must possess strong leadership skills that can manage multiple projects at a time of varied difficulty.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  7. Preferably with knowledge of Electronic Security Systems but not required.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control.
  10. Detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict compliance.
  11. Can work without supervision; exhibit a sense of urgency when necessary.
  12. Fresh graduates with good academic records are welcome to apply.
  13. Willing to work Monday to Friday and extend working hours if necessary.
