Responsibilities: Understand our salon products & services. Coordinate the implementation of the Safe Management Measures for the store. Maintain the cleanliness of the shop area & understand the importance of hygiene and cleanliness. Handle customers' requests and complaints with grace. Establish contact and develop relationships with customers. Recommend hairstyle, coloring, and treatment according to the client’s preference. Hands-on experience in coloring, rebonding, hair setting, and hair perm techniques. Style customer's hair to the desired effect, including shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, and setting. Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g., through informative brochures and gift cards). Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments, and services offered. Order and replenish supplies, complete accounting duties, adhere to hygiene standards, and oversee customer service. Inform clients about new services, promotions, and discounts. Liaise with external marketing companies on salon promotion campaigns & advertising. Requirements: Minimum 5 years working experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, creative mindset, and a good eye for design. Able to work any shift or split shift. Able to work OT on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to work night shift and split shift. Must be able to work extra hours or weekends if needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
