ABOUT ARROW: AFDC (Arrow Food Distribution Company) is a historical and dynamic food distribution company, headquartered in Jeddah, with branches over the entire Kingdom. We are on the hunt for a charismatic and driven Technical Pastry Sales to join our team and lead our sales efforts with flair and finesse. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Recognize, develop and maintain strong relationships with pastry chefs, bakeries, and all foodservice professionals.
  2. Identify and understand customer needs, provide tailored support with sales closing as top of mind.
  3. Perform product demonstrations showcasing quality and versatility of our pastry offerings.
  4. Attend industry events and networking events to promote our brand and build relationships.
Technical Expertise:
  1. Provide expert advice on pastry products, applications, and trends, knowing chocolate on your fingertips is a plus.
  2. Offer technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring they achieve the best results with our products.
Training and Development Leadership:
  1. Schedule and conduct regular training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff on product usage, sales oriented best practices.
  2. Prepare sales oriented educational materials and resources to support sales efforts.
  3. Inspire sales team, exert confidence and support in their sales targets with gusto.
  4. Organize team planning, plan visits, and strategize their sales activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
  1. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Prepare timely and detailed sales reports, present them to upper management with a smile.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Food Science, BA or Marketing. Experience: 3 to 5 years proven experience in technical sales in the food industry, preferably in pastry! The position is open in (Dammam - Riyadh - Jeddah).
