Overview of the role: As a Sales Consultant for heavy-duty trucks, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our range of heavy-duty trucks, and closing sales deals that meet our business objectives. This role requires a deep knowledge of the trucking industry and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. What you will do:- Identify and approach potential customers through various channels
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable heavy-duty truck solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy-duty truck industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck features and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
