We believe that delivering unforgettable experiences begins with our front line, our Guest Relations Specialists, who are the main touch point with our guests to ensure all their requests are met and that they are satisfied with their experience.   • Orchestrate day-to-day Front Office operations, including reviewing arrivals, room allocations, amenities, and ensuring special requests are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate with other departments and outside suppliers as needed to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage guest requests and answer their inquiries.
  • Address guest complaints, escalate matters if needed, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Ensure all related departments and personnel are up-to-date with daily schedules, expectations, and requests.
  • Introduce PAUSEAWAY and the property and its facilities to guests.
  • Establish friendly relationships with guests.
  • Pick up B2C sales calls and answer prospective guests' inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in the hospitality industry or with lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong organizational abilities.
  • Must understand the company concept and align with the vision.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting.
