Overview Your key responsibility in this role will be to support the media division and wider media team with their day-to-day duties relating to developing strategic channel/media approaches that routinely impress and excite clients. The key role of a media executive is to shape and execute effective advertising campaigns for clients. Your job will be to identify & advise how to reach target audiences, prepare media plans, launch campaigns, create reports, and evaluate campaign performance; report back to the wider team and the client on the findings and recommendations. Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of media plans for clients, including analyzing the market and consumer data, identifying target audiences, and selecting media channels.
  2. Understand the importance of set key performance indicators and actively participate in achieving them.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the planning team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.
  4. Support the wider media team with their day-to-day duties relating to developing strategic channel/media approaches.
  5. Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.
  6. Ability to understand the client's brief, ask relevant questions, and plan media channels based on client's objectives.
  7. Create and manage MRF Sheets and cooperate closely with the creative agency ensuring timely receipt of material and go-live dates.
  8. Traffic digital campaigns and connect with the TAAG team to ensure proper implementation.
  9. Follow up with media and creative agencies on proper implementation of campaigns (implementation reports).
  10. Manage campaign launches, including managing client expectations in case of delays or challenges.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate booking by the administration team.
  12. Prepare client status reports in the format required by the client (e.g., Monday.com).
  13. Prepare reports and optimization recommendations in the required format.
  14. Supervise the invoicing process.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in media planning (Offline & Online) or a related role. Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure. Certifications on digital platforms are a plus. Additional information R-2134 P-2423#J-18808-Ljbffr
