HR Advisor Letterkenny €35,000 An exciting opportunity to join a leading engineering firm at their Letterkenny site. This is a generalist position covering a range of activities, a strong employee relations background would be of interest for this role. The role:
- Use of HR systems.
- HR advisory.
- Employee relations including investigations, disciplinaries & grievances.
- Management of employee records & HR-related data.
- Implementation & monitoring of HR Policies & Procedures.
- Assistance with recruitment activities.
- A relevant degree or CIPD qualification is desirable.
- 2+ years of HR experience
