Skillspark is seeking experienced and analytical professionals to join our team as Analysts in the Finance Planning Department. The role focuses on supporting and optimizing the financial and operational aspects of digital government projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting processes, and digital transformation, with fluency in Arabic being essential. Duration : 1 Year Number of Openings : 2 Start Date : Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Project Review and Analysis
  • Assess digital project requests and their supporting documents.
  • Provide well-informed recommendations based on financial analysis and project feasibility.
  • Offer financial insights during the planning phase to align with digital government operations.
  • Review and study estimated costs to ensure fair pricing of digital projects.
Budget Monitoring
  • Continuously oversee digital government budget activities.
  • Provide advice and strategic support to optimize budget utilization.
Government Budget Expertise
  • Navigate and apply a deep understanding of the government budgeting process.
  • Align digital government strategies and initiatives with funding recommendations.
Strategic Studies
  • Prepare supporting studies to enhance and improve digital government budget activities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in Arabic (required) and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles, preferably within government or digital sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, cost estimation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
