We are partnered with a leading organization based in Riyadh, specializing in innovative solutions within a dynamic industry, seeking an Event Lead . The company is focused on driving positive change and advancing its sector through strategic initiatives and impactful engagement with global stakeholders. With a strong commitment to excellence, they work across multiple sectors to deliver high-quality services and establish meaningful relationships within the industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate meetings.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of event production are met.
  • Manage on-site operations, including event setup, speaker coordination, attendee registration, and troubleshooting during the event.
  • Oversee event marketing and communications strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Develop and manage event content, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and key messaging.
  • Evaluate event success, gathering feedback from stakeholders and analyzing key metrics to refine future event strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event success and increase brand exposure.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management, ideally in a corporate or large-scale setting.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and working with vendors, sponsors, and external partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of event marketing and digital tools to drive engagement and attendance.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
