Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Responsibilities: Ensure PERI Asia’s sustainable, profitable growth in the formwork and scaffolding market in Singapore. Execute and achieve yearly Management by Objectives (MBO). Ensure quality of sales staff through training, coaching, and CRM. Achieve annual targets for both yourself and the sales team. Lead revenue-generating activities for yourself and your team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded. Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team through hands-on guidance and training programs. Identify and pursue market opportunities using data-driven insights to grow our market share. Utilize PERI’s product strategy to offer the best solutions to customers through value engineering/selling and negotiate profitable contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention, satisfaction, and repeat business. Work with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to improve sales processes and enhance productivity. Act as a representative of PERI Group, showcasing our commitment to quality and reliability in formwork, scaffolding, and engineering solutions. Your Profile: Minimum 8 years of experience in construction or related industry (preferably formwork or scaffolding industry). Strong sales or technical experience in construction or related industries (formwork industry preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of a sales team. Leadership and personnel development experience with teams or organizations of comparable size. Skilled in cost optimization and management. Extensive network of industry-related contacts (an advantage). Strong, positive, charismatic leader. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented.
