The Corporate Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and establishing strong relationships within the hospitality and accommodation industry. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively promote the company's services to corporate clients, ensuring that their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market trends and customer preferences, enabling them to identify new business opportunities and enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients through networking and outreach.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at corporate clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market conditions for management review.

Preferred Candidate:

Proven track record of successful sales experience in the hospitality sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of the Jeddah market and its unique business landscape.
