Responsibilities

  1. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
  2. Researching key customers’ requirements and suggesting solutions that satisfactorily answer customer needs.
  3. Serving as a contact point for key customers and internal teams.
  4. Measuring, tracking, and analyzing key accounts metrics and providing meaningful data to the Sales Manager for business enhancement decisions.
  5. Resolving customer complaints in an effective, ethical, and respectful manner.
  6. Achieving sales targets and growth from key accounts and tracking sales progress on a regular basis to report to the Sales Manager as required.
  7. Conducting daily face-to-face market visits with relevant accounts in offices, showrooms, and/or jobsites.
  8. Conducting product shows and demonstrations during customer visits.
  9. Keeping abreast of current and emerging market trends to remain competitive and generate high volumes of business.
  10. Managing and monitoring the account level P&L and receivables for target requirements and delivery.
  11. Participating in state-level sales meetings and trade shows.
  12. Creating new accounts and generating sales volumes.
  13. Conducting market analysis and evaluating competitors’ practices and market status.
  14. Supporting the function to conform to budgetary requirements.
  15. Following all processes and policies of the company at all times.
  16. Conducting regular sales meetings with key accounts for purchase requirements/product promotion and updating sales managers on possible sales deals.
  17. Preparing and furnishing business reports to sales managers as required.
  18. Following any other tasks/projects as assigned by your manager.
Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
  • 2-3 years of relevant field experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales success as a Senior Sales Executive or Account Manager with a reputable firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in conducting market analysis focused on sales and competition.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to clarify and translate ambiguous customer needs into actionable requirements.
  • Proficient in identifying and addressing hidden or unrealized customer requirements, fostering consensus among prospects.
