ABOUT THE POSITION

As AKSA Power Generation HQ HR Team, we are looking for a Financial (Business) Analyst who has strong experience in that process for our Jeddah, KSA Office .

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS (What will we expect)

  • Residing in Jeddah with no obstacle to work at the KSA Office.
  • Having a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related faculties.
  • Must have advanced English knowledge level for speech and reporting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Financial Analysis area.
  • Be able to use MS Office programs, highly proficient in Excel.
  • Be able to use SAP with a good level of knowledge.
  • Strong analytical approach and team player.
  • Ability to work across an organization, process-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and high-level reporting skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION (What will you do)

  • This position will be responsible for investment analysis operations such as developing and maintaining complex financial models for performance analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Provide commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
  • Manage financial models, including budget, forecast, and long-range plans KSA P&L.
  • Submit a weekly report of revenue, and identify risks and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare P&L for high-profile jobs and present it to management.
  • Cash Flow Forecast operations will be part of the job description.
  • Cost Control: ensure all expenses are within the forecasted budget and flag any risks.
  • Manage the Financial Institutions Relationship Management.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments, such as legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure all necessary dealing mandates are completed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out reconciliation works.
  • Responsible for obtaining SOA reconciliation from suppliers & clients every 6 months.
  • Financial Reporting and Periodic Closing.
  • Design and drive initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and data accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly reports of CIA & credit clients and discuss with line manager and agree on F/U action plan.
  • Develop and mentor colleagues within the FP&A team, as well as peer teams.
  • Analyse & report monthly results, leading indicators, and KPIs to support monthly forecasting and annual plan attainment.
  • Review department spend, procurement strategies, and business-wide process efficiency.
