Responsibilities

  1. Read and evaluate comments from the quality manager before passing them on to other supervisors.
  2. Examine the detailed quality plans and make any necessary modifications.
  3. Supervise the work of other supervisors and keep them up-to-date with their work to ensure completion as per plan.
  4. Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve business operations or processes with other managers and employees.
  5. Assist managers or teams needing help or advice in answering questions about operational aspects of their businesses.
  6. Listen to concerns from employees and managers with the aim of improving business operations or processes.
  7. Assist managers and employees regarding compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Encourage workers to suggest ways to improve office operations.
  9. Respond to issues raised by workers and managers.
  10. Assist with the hiring process, such as interviewing prospective workers, checking references, and performing background checks.
  11. Complete reports regarding projects or processes completed by other employees or teams.
  12. Assist managers and employees with any issues related to their job duties, such as answering questions and providing advice.
  13. Keep track of training records for new or current workers and ensure they are up-to-date in terms of compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Ensure that workers' training needs are being met.
Skills
  1. Strong communication skills for evaluating and conveying information.
  2. Ability to analyze quality plans and implement necessary modifications.
  3. Experience in supervising and coordinating the work of others.
  4. Proficient in problem-solving and brainstorming for operational improvements.
  5. Knowledge of compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  6. Ability to encourage and facilitate employee suggestions for improvement.
  7. Experience with the hiring process and employee onboarding.
  8. Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  9. Ability to maintain training records and ensure compliance.
