Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts within the region to enhance and develop relationships with assigned and prospective clients, achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for client management and handling projects with minimal supervision.
- Prepare proposals for clients, including final tabulations, reports, and presentations.
- Lead all presentations and related discussions with clients.
- Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date, and insightful client business profiles to share with senior management.
- Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients, ensuring services are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting company quality standards.
- Assist in sales activities with senior staff in preparing proposals and credential presentations.
- Gain market insights and perform competitive market analysis to create strategic product plans and roadmaps for future growth as part of consulting engagements with clients.
- Manage a wide range of research programs, including market sizing, segmentation, usage & awareness studies, concept testing, pricing analysis, and other ad hoc requests.
- Must have consumer insights experience in the telecom category.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of research techniques and applications.
- Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests.
- Integrate multiple studies to address business issues.
- Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment, accuracy, and correctness.
- Ensure standard operating procedures within the area of responsibility are observed.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in quantitative market research.
- Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies, as well as statistics and multivariate analysis, is a plus.
- Strong client service skills and effective communication in English; Arabic is a value addition but not a main requirement.
