Due to an exciting period of growth Venturi are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester team in 2025 for what's predicted to be our biggest and most exciting year yet! You will be working the BOOMING US market amongst million dollar billers who will mentor and guide you to be the best you can be! You will have experience in winning new business, and you will be experienced as a 360 Consultant working in a Recruitment Agency! What is important is that you are passionate about what you do, you enjoy the fast paced nature and thrill of the chase that recruitment brings! We have one of the most lucrative commission schemes around! With our average deal size being £32k you can earn £16k a quarter just from doing one deal per month! Paying up to 50% of billings and uncapped commission the sky is the limit to what you an earn What else is in it for you?
- Uncapped commission structure paying upto 50% , and no threshold!
