Job Title: Head of Major and Complex Claims Location: London Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced Claims Loss Adjuster looking to take on a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Major and Complex Loss Adjuster to join our clients growing team, where you will lead, manage, and shape the future of their major loss division. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee the team of specialist loss adjusters, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Case Management: Lead the investigation and resolution of high-value, complex insurance claims across various sectors.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance the major loss division.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Training & Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience: Proven experience in loss adjusting, with a focus on major and complex losses.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of insurance policies, claims handling, and loss adjusting processes.
- Communication: Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage challenging stakeholders.
- Qualifications: ACII/FCILA or equivalent professional qualifications are highly desirable.
