Technical Sales Engineer - Frankfurt - Dusseldorf - Remote - BESS I'm working with a very exciting client who after building very strong foundations across Europe is officially opening up a new office in Germany in 2025 to kick-start their growth plans in the region. They have been operating across Europe for several years now, and they are opening up a new office in the country. Currently, they are operating in over 100 countries with 300,000 households utilising the products they offer. Being a global business who manufacturer their own products, innovation is at the forefront of everything they do, with having over 150 people in their R&D team alone, whilst employing a further 550 people globally. Now I'm looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to come and join the growing German team. Responsibilities include:
- Generating new business across the residential and C&I sectors.
- Daily management and communication with the assigned customer sales activities.
- Closely cooperate with current distributors to build new opportunities and continue the growth plan.
- Perform sales work assigned by management.
- Expanding the current distributor channels to further develop the commercial growth of the company.
- Report back to management on a monthly basis with sales reports and market updates.
- Handle the full sales process with customers.
- Provide detailed technical support and answers to customers.
- Perform technical talks at trade shows and events.
- At least a bachelor degree in some form of engineering.
- Over 3 years of sales experience in BESS or PV.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Fixed compensation competitive to that being offered on the market.
