HR Advisor

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team in Daventry , supporting our growing site. As a HR advisor you will provide a comprehensive administrative function to the site while advising and providing guidance to the management team on HR practises. This position is being offered on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, with being mainly an on-site based role. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £36,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). • Provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations, including managing discipline, grievance matters and end to end support of the absence management process
• Support the immediate and long-term needs of the site whilst delivering the HR Strategy and the site’s people plan
• Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle (new starter process, current employment to termination of employment)
• Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with CIPD qualifications
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role – no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet
