Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate will be familiar with any JavaScript frameworks and have a passion for developing high-quality, scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
